Role: Project Manager Location: Dover, DE

Description: Delaware State University (DSU) focuses on cutting-edge research, technology, and business practices. DSU’s Information and Technology Services Division is a provider of state-of-the-art technology systems and support services, which empower the academic, business, and residential communities of the Institution. Working hand-in-hand with constituency, DSU is delivering technology solutions which strengthen and support the Institution’s mission of serving as the premier provider of higher education, research, and community service on surrounding vicinities. At DSU I am responsible for managing the research projects that’s designed to improve business processes and continue to cost savings and more efficiency. Project 1: The goal of this project is to provide a low-cost physical screening with access to a prescription medications savings card to reduce the cost of purchasing prescription medications for students, faculty, staff, and their families of DSU. My role as a project manager in this project is to plan, execute and prepare the documents to support IT team.

Using FACETS, I helped DSU to track the online enrollment of students, faculty and staff who might be eligible for healthcare benefits and helping them to claim processing and claim re-processing. Also, FACETS helped to explain the benefits and drawback of each and every policy which is applicable for all participants. Page 3 of 4
