JOB SUMMARY

●Plan and oversee the overall aspect in supply chain warehousing and,delivery strategy

●Ensure availability, evaluate and monitor of tools, equipment and facilities.

●Coordinate schedule and plans all activities related to operation, performs other related job task outsource and purchases.

Warehouse

●Warehouse · In charge of the day to day operations of the Warehouse Section involving receiving, stocking, Storekeeping, stock takes, inventory taking, issuances and dispatching.

●Ensure all orders are completed and systems updated accordingly. ·

●Ensure SOP are being observe and executed well, base from company standard and compliance. · Efficiently Facilitate personnel thru goal target achievement.

●Select proper storage areas and store items in bins, racks, shelves, and floor or yard areas.

● Perform weekly cycle counts, quarterly inventory, mid -year inventory, year-end inventory and physical inventory and prepare year-end inventory reports.

●Ensure quality, safety and cleanliness of the area warehouse. · And other responsibilities and tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.

Logistic

●Responsible for all of the dispatching, routing, and tracking of delivery vehicles.

● Ensuring company compliance of all transport policies, legislation and procedures. ·

● Being the first point of contact for all drivers.

●Ensuring that all transport fleet vehicles are properly maintained and serviced.

●Regularly liaising with the warehouse comptroller to ensure a smooth operation of both departments. · Maintaining accurate administrative records.

● Giving drivers a full debrief, Organizing vehicle checks.

●Identifying operational issues, potential problems and opportunities.

●Resolving and managing queries and complaints courteously and efficiently.

Others

●Ensure equipment repair and maintenance implementation program being observed

●Outsourced repair and maintenance for quality assurance and control.

●Purchase, and outsource material, equipment as per needed advise.
