Duties

Programming and operating fanuc horizontal 2 axis cnc machine. (Doosan Fanuc i Series) point to pint G coding and Canned cycles. FAGOR MACHINE

Machine setup of fanuc and mazak control machines including loading and securing materials, selecting appropriate tools and loading programs into the machines control unit.

Operation. Operate cnc machines during production runs, monitoring the process, making adjustments as necessary and ensuring that parts meet quality standards.

Inspection. Inspect finished parts to verify confirmance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges.
