A. Current Project: BUZIOS FIELD AREA DEVELOPMENT Offshore facility. (Sept 2023 to till date).

Scope of project: Work requisition specifies to perform detailed design engineering services, engineering follow-on and procurement support for P82 FPSO Topside project. Roles Responsibilities:

Preparation of Piping material specification & Valve material specification for various material type CS+Inc, DSS, SDSS and Inconel 625 /825 for 10K rated valves.

Preparation of Purchase requisition (PR) and review of vendor’s GA drawings and documents, vendor’s QA/QC document and inspection test plan (ITP) and quality plan for manual valves, SP items, and for piping bulk/ early procurement MTO’s. B. Project: Dew Point Control Facilities - Shaybah NGL for Onshore facility. (Sept 2022-Aug- 2023)

Scope of project: The project scope is to provide new dew point control facilities as permanent solution to ensure stable operation and avoid foaming incidents at Shaybah NGL plant and eliminate heavy hydrocarbons in the feed gas to AGRU 1&2. Roles Responsibilities:

Preparation of Piping documents Piping Design Basis, Piping material specification & Valve material specification for various materials CS, SS 304/316, GRE Piping based on the CMP report.

Review of CMP report and generate the piping classes by considering the Line list requirement.

Generate the Valve Datasheets, Insulation specification, Painting and coating schedule.

Calculating pipe wall thickness as per ASME B31.3 for internal pressure and External Pressure piping for Full vacuum condition piping system.

Carried Branch Reinforcement Pad calculation for Lateral TEE requirement, bolt length calculation etc.

ii. 11-Slot water injection manifold with fracture control sets. iii. An off-plot relief maintenance pit.

iv. 1 x three phase Test separator along with its piping. B. Projects: Wellhead Platforms and Tie-In Platforms for Rich Gas Production, Lean Gas Injection and Submarine Pipelines, Cables, and Umbilical’s in Marjan field development offshore gas facilities.

C. Project: New off-loading facility at SM-43 – DALEEL PETROLEUM, OMAN. Scope of project:

This project consists of Design, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning of offloading pumps, shipping pumps, tanks, associated electrical, instrumentation and civil works. D. Project: Upper Shuaiba Standard Hook-up kit development of ESP, free-flowing & Injection wells for PDO off-plot SC.

Development of standard kit for ESP Lift and free flowing well hook-up & flow line of crude oil production wells.

Development of standard kit for Hybrid ESP-Free flow well in-sighting the free flow gas well depletion.

E. Project: Habur Province Oil Well Hook-up & Flowline Design Project, Petroleum Development Oman

Design & detailing of high H2S content oil production well, flowline & facility and adequacy check of an existing inlet separator and blowdown network with the proposed scope. F. Project: Ghaba North Province – Dual ESP Oil Well Hook-up & Flowline Design Project Design & detailing of Dual ESP Oil producer wells with single hook-up & flowline and facility tie-ins and adequacy check of Manifold station & Separator was performed. G. Project: EPC for Aviation Fuel System for new Fahud Airport Project, Oman. H. Project: Standardization of kits for north Oman ODC CONTRACT Scope: - Preparation of standard kits with associated control for several types of well like Gas lifted, ESP lifted, Free Flowing, Gas injection, steam injection, high pressure gas wells, water supply, water injection well and water disposal wells. I. Project: EPC works for 25 No’s industrial building– DUQM REFINERY PROJECT. Scope- This project consists of Design, Procurement, and construction of 25 No’s building including Fire Fighting, Utility services, Plumbing and civil works. 3. Worked with InfoTech Enterprises (CYIENT) Ltd. Hyderabad from 2010 – 2012. Scope: Design includes replacing existing pipe routing from storage tank to shipping pumps till Bulk line launcher area.
