2Worked in Jassim Transport Company at Shuwaikh Shipport (Kuwait). coordinating HSEQ survey and HSE PFS inspection, participating in concept design for HSEQ requirement .(since Nov. 2003 to Dec. 2008)

3.Worked for ALISSA TRANSPORT CO. At Wafra Joint operation project (Kuwait). Handled the HSE performance monitoring HSE data management and presenting for the company (BTC). JOBS RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implementing Safety Policy, beginning every meeting with a safety issues.

Inspect worksite and follow Safe Work Practices.

Conduct Pre Job Talk and Refresh Employee’s awareness regularly.

Share all Incidents with all Employee’s, How to Happen? How can be avoided? Then prepare for future plan.

Report and investigate all Incidents, Implement the Suggestion after Investigation.

Monitors and Record functionality at location of Emergency Showers, Emergency eye wash, station fire extinguisher, Fire Hydrants, Automatic fire supervision system Ventilation System and other related items.

Carry out Safety audit in association with Project Manager or Section Engineer to see that only safe method of working are in operation and that all regulation are being observed.

Carry out Accidents investigation and determine the cause of any accident or dangerous occurrence and recommended means of preventing recurrence.

Conduct Safety Training to all persons on site.

Ensure that the Safety procedures and recommendation contained on the Site Safety plan and adhere to.

Monitoring of all Workplaces Operations.

Liaison with Site Supervisor on the provision of Safety Equipment and Safety assistant support.

Scheduled written Pre-Job planning including Safety Plan.

Respond to report if unsafe condition.

Maintain Communication Link between department and Management.

Supervise the recording and analysis of information of injuries damaged and loss. Assess accident trends and view overall safety performance.
