Duties and Responsibilities
a) Guiding, training and developing Direct Sales Representative (DSRs) Teams.

c) Marketing and promoting the bank’s products and services.
d) In liaison with the head of operations, develop budgets and individual targets for the DSRs and captured the same in the Balanced Score Card.
