● Participates in the development of Individual Service Plans, including but not limited to Residential Habilitation Plans, the Level of Supervision Care and Monitoring Guides/Protective Oversight for Treatment Team approved as necessary or required.

● Reviews documentation of Residential Habilitation Plans, medical records, notes, recreation calendars, task sheets, and communication logs daily.

● Develops and maintains the Residential Habilitation Plans.

● Responsible for completing E-scores and fire evacuation plans, annually, upon new admission or an E-score related to change of status.

● Interviews and makes hiring decisions for all approved direct care positions. Assures the hiring process is compliant with all agency and departmental policies.

● Liaison between neighborhood and program administration for any issues.

● Evaluates all new staff following the Orientation Checklist, agency policy and procedure, as well as household routine and site specific schedules.

● Oversee residents' finances to assure compliance with agency policy and regulatory requirements; refers staff to training as appropriate.

● Reviews staff time reporting and related reports for accuracy; approves timecards and related documents for payroll. ● Documents disciplinary actions of employees including any serious and/or questionable staff conduct and/or performance deficiencies.
