Was the sole individual that would update and organize each coverage for each member of each family every quarter and place them into the orders of primary secondary and tertiary coverages.

Intake of new coverages, contact insurance in question to confirm and create solid relationships with the other plans.

In addition would do the intake of Medicare part A and B would then do the research and assist customers with the instructions on how to get the coverage if they did not have it.

Assist the members on making phone calls to the Social Security office on a conference call with the members to make it easier for them. Ran the weekly report for Anthem Blue Cross invoices and Medicare part B to make sure both reports matched what we had on file. Would process and adjust claims.

Would handle any miscellaneous team work that was needed as per request of my manager and director.
