Reduced cycle time on Electrolux tools from 90-100 sec cycle times in production, to the quoted BOM times of 60 seconds with water improvements, robot and machine optimization.

Worked with technical team to implement a 6S culture. Drove 6S compliance within the technical group.

Lead daily staff 6S walks to drive the 6S culture, and track scores to show improvement.
