I HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE BEST TEACHER'S AWARD BY ADEK (ABU DHABI EDUCATION COUNCIL) this year for my services as an exceptional educator. Moreover, I have successfully passed the TLS EXAMS. I have the CERTIFIED LICENSE FROM MOE FOR Teaching key stage 3 & 4 students. I am a Cambridge certified teacher as I have done CELTA (TESOL). I have also done a diploma in Professional Teaching from Abu Dhabi University with the highest distinction.

I have been teaching key stage 3& 4 students in a very reputable institute in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E for many years.

It is my pleasure to have attended numerous hours of professional development under the guidance of Abu Dhabi Education Council. Differentiation, ICT integration are the integral ingredients of my teaching.

Having done CELTA has made me use pertinent techniques while teaching such as the usage of CCQS & ICQS to ensure whether the students have understood the concept or not. Another technique like error correction makes me correct my student's errors instantly. I can devise interesting ways to teach receptive as well as productive skills. I can plan lessons according to the skill to be taught allowing the students to have a clear context, pre teaching vocabulary with meaning, form and pronunciation.

Moreover, I allow students to have controlled and free practice to apply the usage of the concept. While doing CELTA the range of student levels was wide, and I planned lessons with a variety of focuses and methods. In addition to adapted course book materials, I employed authentic texts to target student needs.

I have a Master’s degree in English Literature and have earned certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language as a part of Masters' syllabus. Moreover, I have done E- Commerce which enables me to integrate the lessons effectively with information technology. I have attended several SPELT Workshops and gained a lot of experience regarding the teaching strategies. Furthermore, I have also done the Bradford course from Beaconhouse Liberty Campus.
