I was part of the chimwemwe program for parents and teens which was conducted by USAID PEPFAR

AND PCZ(PROJECT CONCERN ZAMBIA) My duties as a core facilitator where to teach parents and teens

(adolescents)how they can best communicate about sensitive matters such as sexual education, sexual

transmitted disease how a parent can create a platform for her teenage girl(children) to open up

where there is domestic or sexual abuse .teach a girl child how to dream big career wise regardless

of her background this was both for girls and boys.Education on the dangers of early marriages and

its disadvantage. Prevention against early motherhood, health promotion and health education on

preventive measures against sexual transmitted disease and dangers of abortion.

answer inbound calls, evaluate problems and complaints of the callers, provide proper solutions,

respond to the needs of customers, sell and give information on the products or services, process applications forms.
