Pre contract / Tender Department:

Review the Tender documents and Quantity take-

off for over all project quantities

Raise the Tender query to consultant to identify the missing BOQ items, Specification and

Drawings

Prepare the Pre-qualification documents and

Technical submittal to consultant

Prepare the tender documents to obtain the

quotes from specialist subcontracors and suppliers

Prepare the Subcontract packages Analysis report

& Rate analysis for direct scope of works for

Tenders

Preparation of Value engineering proposals

Preparation of Bill of quantities (BOQ)

Post contract / Commercial Department

Prepare the Monthly Contract review report to

identify the current and forecast profit / loss of the projects

Identify the risk and provide the solution to avoid the loss on the project

Prepare the Client bill monthly valuation

Making approval for all the additional work and

preparation / evaluations of variation claims

Prepare the Quantity take-off to finalize the

Material / sub contractor requirement of the project

Finalization & negotiations of Subcontractor works and prepare the Sub contract agreement

Preparation of monthly payment certificate and

final account for the sub contractor works

Preparing detailed project overall program along with resource schedule based on allocated budget.

To monitor & control the labour, plant & material, staff cost based on the allocated budget.

Prepare the Monthly progress report for

submission to client

Prepare the Forecast cash inflow and out flow of the projects
