Conduct regular meetings with community committees to discuss program objectives, mobilize community participation and act as a monitor throughout the planning and implementation processes.
Conduct regular awareness raising sessions to address IDP’s issues of concern across the different phase of Jalozai Camp.
Train community implementation committee members, ensure that the community are continuously involved and kept up to date with priority project developments.
Work with committee structure to enhance accountability and sense of responsibility towards common issues of concern.
Develop and design community mobilization activities, recreation exercises, and events under the MCC.
Apply creative and innovative approaches to engaging with IDP’s communities, using drama and various arts in community engagement.

Responsibilities:
Help plan activities to reduce WASH-related risk.
Collect data from community and prepare regular reports on activities and WAS conditions for monitoring.
Coordinate with water supply and sanitation field staff to ensure that the various aspects of the WASH program are integrated.
Respect and make respected ACF security rules.
Help plan and carry out (participate) in baseline assessments.
Development of hygiene promotion topics, hygiene session and IEC materials.
Ensuring the nutrition component to be integrated in the hygiene promotion sessions.

Registration Officer International Rescue Committee

Responsibilities:
Receive IDP families and organized their processing and inform them about the procedures set for the registration exercise.
Collect and verify information provided by IDP families in order to define their eligibility to be registered and to receive assistance in camp.
Verify the eligibility of IDP’s according to SOP endorsed by UNHCR and PDMA.
Collect information about the family profile, its current living conditions, its demographic information and the prevailing situation in the area of origin.
Data collection is to be conducted through standard questionnaire available at registration centre.
Inform and sensitize IDP families about steps further to registration including right to assistance and type of assistance.
Provide counselling to IDP families as required, with particular focus on persons with special needs and vulnerable identifying individual cases in need of specific follow up.
Prepare and handle registration data on daily and cumulative basis. Ensure cross check verification, identifying eventual mistakes, discrepancies and gaps in the registration data.
Analyse data and draw conclusion or identify patterns/trends which can assist the work of others.
Draft reports and correspondence as requested by the supervisor.
Maintain registration database to keep record of registered IDP families.
Share registration forms and data with senior registration officer on daily basis.

Responsibilities:
Conduct regular standards training on M&E data collection, particularly on identify surveys under the M&E system.
Collect Baseline and end line data from field and collation of data carefully.
