-In 1989 & while working in Libya, I received a merit certificate from Libyan authorities there as a thankful award for high working performance.

" for my outstanding efforts, which had a great influence on the efficiency of performance and development work regime in the company.

-2013 ; At the end of my working career in the company, I received another certificate, for the great effort exerted in keeping the whole medical sector giving high quality and helpful medical service for the individuals there . EMPLOYMENT & CAREER SUMMARY

- Worked from 1981 till 1982 as "house officer ".

- Worked from 1982 till 1983 in ALSharkia Governorate as 3 rd doctor.

-Worked from 1983 till 1984 as a resident in " mother / child care center.

- Worked from 1984 till 1989 as G.P in Libya.

- Joined to the medical sector of “Canal electricity distribution company شركة توزيع

- from 2005 till 2013 I was the general manager of the medical sector,which offer complete medical care to all employee about " 16,000 worker& employees and their families including work accidents and occupational hazards with annual medical exam of workers distributed in 7 Governorates in EGYPT ; Ismailia – Suez – portsaid – Sinai – Alsharkia – Red sea 3

TRAINING COURSE& CONFERENCES ATTENDED:

- I had attended more than 30 conferences and workshops, which were concerned mainly with ;

hepatitis C virus and the new triple therapy, infection control, hospital management, insulin pump, Diabetes mellitus type 1 management, new trends in hypertension treatment, hepatocellular carcinoma, lines of treatment of bronchial asthma in several countries " Syria & Lebanon for example " . NB, I HAD WORKED AS ER DOCTOR FOR LESS THAN 2 YEARS IN HURGHADA,,AND PORT GHALIB,,,IN DIFFERENT PRIVATE HOSPITALS,,,STOPPED SINCE LESS THAN ONE MONTH,,,
