CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:

Successfully performed Scheduled Periodic Maintenance

Successfully managed to rectify the M/E governor failure (which caused ship was neither stopping nor RPM could be reduced at all all) with in a limited time period while proceeding to receive pilot in US water (Newark pilotage).

Made BWTS operational which was inoperative for 3 months and ballast exchange was being done under flag dispensation.

Successfully carried high value reefer for 4 days without having spares (compressor) with the help of onboard resources.

Ensured no observation/NC or detention in electrical department in all the inspections (Port state control/Flag state/ internal & External audit) carried out in my tenure

Managed and assisted to carry more reefers than ship reefer carrying capacity (ships carrying capacity-800, actual reefer onboard- 1287) without any shore assistance or external power pack.

Successfully completed dry-dock of 45 days at HRDD Shanghai for Scrubber installation on ship.

Maintenance of all electrical equipment and machinery including electrical propellers on board ship

Performing the functions of troubleshooting and preventive / breakdown maintenance for reducing operational of engine, deck & cargo(Reefer Container) equipment to minimum

Developing and implementing planned periodic maintenance schedules in compliance with standards.

Dealing with a cooling area of the ship, taking a shot at holder ships is in charge of keeping up refrigerated compartments

Give help with watch keeping schedules according to the Chief Engineer’s guidelines

Handle the emergency situations and ensure all the equipment needed for safety is always ready
