I started off just like everybody else on the phone at the bottom level and worked my way up quickly by always being to work on time and never missing days and also out working everyone else. That got me moved up into a coaching position within 3 months of working there and a few months after that I was moved up to the assistant manager job which I held for 10 years and then when the office manager retired I took over as the residential office manager for the remaining time I was with MPI. Covid caused MPI to shut down all offices Nationwide and everybody had to work from home which I did until April this year and switched to this company I'm working for now.

Our Big Rapids office was top in the country in sales and collections week after week and year after year. To manage an office and get results you are looking for you must get into the trench with reps and work with them this will show them you will work as hard as them or harder and you don't have to stand over reps and babysit them and if you do than it's time to let that person go and reevaluate hiring process but if you let people work like they know how you will get better results a majority of people will do great for you but a great manager will still listen too, work with and teach reps to be great at their job.
