PZ Cussons, overall objective of the project is to integrate Solution Manager with third party tool – Triole. As soon as the incident got created in Triole – Third party tool, that incident should be verified if it is an defect or an change request and replicate to SAP Solman and keep both the Third party tool and Solman in sync.
