·Serve as Assistant Property Manager and Authority Liaison with other local agencies

·Assist the Property Manager with the successful implementation of private/professional security to insure safe environments at the property

·Conduct annual and interim recertifications with head of households

·Review file folders to perform screening for program qualifications

·Prepare and maintains forms, records, reports, memorandum and correspondence

·Perform all clerical tasks associated with verification of income and household composition

·Audits computations and computer inputs by clerical personnel

·Prepares standard monthly reports on operating statistics as well as special reports on request
