I prepare detailed method statements, using value management protocols, for executing Building Construction projects.

•I develop work breakdown structures (WBS) for upcoming projects and work closely with the estimates and proposals team to prepare bids.

•I was responsible for creating and maintaining detailed project schedules based on the WBS, with task definitions, dependencies between activities, deliverables, and milestone dates explicitly identified.

•I prepare project schedules and monitor the project construction schedule on a weekly basis.

I ensure the project team work closely with me to develop required schedules and budgets for project execution.
