Duties and Responsibilities:
Benefits Administration
1. Serves as the subject matter expert and central point of contact for all government-mandated and company benefits plans, programs and policies, including leaves of absences. 2. Provides direction and assistance to employees regarding eligibility, claims, limitations and other benefits issues as they arise.
3. Administers enrolment and billing for all benefit programs. 4. Administers Leave of Absence quota and usages in SAP-HCM. Completes timely notification,documentation, eligibility review, and benefit coordination. 5. Administers benefits renewal process by submitting reports, conducting open enrolment sessions, and processing all open enrolment applications and status change requests. 6. Audits, codes, and submits benefits billing for payment. Follows up on billing errors and tracks retroactive charges and refunds.
7. Assists in reviewing the cost-effectiveness of present company benefits in terms of their administration cost, and rate of availment by employees. 8. Performs other tasks and projects that may be assigned by the HR Supervisor and/or HR & Admin Manager.

1. Administer overall training process and provision of University’s development programs to include scholarships, computer loan assistance, physical fitness programs, educational assistance, short term courses, masteral transportation provision, and others. 2. 9. Provide HRD Officer thru Assistant HRD Officer with essential feedback regarding the training and seminars conducted as well as faculty members’ and non-teaching personnel’s potential, skills, knowledge and abilities information gained from such activities. 10.
