Duties for the 20 year old with Autism included helping the family with caregiving, ADL help and skills training in the evenings and nights after he would spend the day at a day treatment program.

I started out as doing outside sales and moved to the call center as the liaison for the cellular division of the company and provided training to 1200 employees. I then moved to supervisor for the call center, at which point I managed 50 representatives out of 1200. I then moved to Sales Support, where I also served in the capacity of a manager. At that point, I supervised 1200 employees. I was then asked to move to a new program with the company, which was for who they referred to as “Elite” customers, where I supervised 50 employees. I was then asked to return to my previous position as supervisor for the call center. Office location was closed and offered relocation or severance package, which I accepted.
