● Orientation of temporary staff to support projects such as Epic Go Live Cutover and Homebound Vaccination program.

● Support, schedule and manage of HHCAH Homebound Vaccination program for 1st booster vaccinations. Worked with the Center for Healthy Aging to schedule Covid booster vaccinations for homebound patients.

● Called homebound patients for vaccination precheck to ensure visiting nurses can make visits for covid vaccination shots.

● Orientation roll out of 120 iPhones (Apple) and the new application Carewatch Go and Kronos for Home Health Aides. The iPhone rollout included Email, Safe Pass, Zoom and Imprivata ID. I also orientated Home Health Aide new hires.
