PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Software Engineer 03/22 - Present
Science Applications International Corp. (SAIC)
· Designed alongside mid-senior developers to engineer both front and back-end feature upgrades to 4 different apps utilizing .NET Framework 4.6.1/4.8, .NET Core 3.1, .NET 6, ASP Web API & MVC, Razor Pages/HTML/JS/AJAX/JQuery, Angular 4+.
· Collaborated on API additions and enhancements, database schema adjustments, and refactored services across applications to meet functional requirements.

Improved applicant processing times for the customer’s team and reduced support response times for the development team due to better database design and solution design and organization.

Due to the improved performance, we no longer faced responsiveness issues during high-user loads during critical periods in the academic season. Ensured government STIG compliance.
· Took charge of responsibilities associated with a Sr./Lead such as: requirement elicitation from customer, story estimation and version control management, delivery of release documentation and solutions, and deployment into test and prod environments
