Review the annual salary increases to all employees by ensuring internal and external equity and conformity to approved
policies and guidelines.
Administer Salary Authorization Forms on employee movements such as promotions, transfers and regularization.
Administer/implement the Performance Incentive Plan and Sales Incentive Plan.
Review of the Company’s benefit package to ensure competitiveness and responsiveness to employees’ needs.
Administer/review the Job Evaluation system for management employees.

through HR SAP System; upload compensation information into the Payroll System every payroll period.

Prepare monthly headcount/KPIs report for the Management Team i.e. headcount, turnover, etc.
