• Critical large-scale data center projects require constant engagement onsite with the general con-tractor, electrical and mechanical contractors, the engineering staff, and the owners’ representa-tives.

• Coordinated and facilitated international team of 15 or more participants, for weekly in person and WebEx meetings for root cause analysis, corrections, joint planning activities and daily close-out update meetings.
