QUALIFICATIONS:

A comprehensive scope of experiences in the remodel and new-construction industry means that I bring a unique and in-depth understanding of all phases of construction management to whatever projects I am working on. My experiences range from negotiating all phases of projects from conception, through design, estimation, contract negotiations and construction (both design-build and bid-spec). From big-box store remodels, to school and commercial remodels, and construction project management on chain restaurants and office ground-ups, the total cost of all combined projects that I have completed exceed over $176,000,000. My professional knowledge and skills, contribute insights into the complexities of a whole job, and my ability to do that, strengthens my abilities to accomplish and oversee all of the individual parts of a project, including the supervision of the superintendent, subcontractors and all personnel involved with the construction documentation.

SCHWEIGER CONSTRUCTION (SCC): (Kansas City, MO) 01/23/2022–7/20/2023 (I was laid off due work slowdown and lack of projects.) During my employment, I completed 3-projects totaling $4,247,458. While at SCC, the projects which I was Senior Project Manager for, included 1-new, ground-up Bank Project for the Bank of America, along with 2-interior office demolition/remodel projects in two different states.

COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION SERVICE: (CCS): (Shawnee, KS) 08/06/2020-07/13/2021. I completed 10-Projects totaling $6,076,114; (I left the employment due to vision issues requiring 2-separate cornea transplants and a lengthy recovery period.) During my time with CCS, the projects which I was Project Manager for, included 4-ground-up projects and 6-interior demolition and remodel projects. One of the jobs included interior demolition and asbestos abatement of a 3 Story former Macy’s Department Store. Another retail fast-food establishment was located over 350’ from the nearest paved road and was surrounded by muddy clay material. The other projects included a Marijuana Distribution Facility, a Teriyaki Restaurant, a Starbucks Building Shell and exterior improvements including an Underground Water Detention System, and 2-separate Sherwin Williams Retail Stores, 1-in Lawrence, KS and the other in Wichita, KS.

OSAGE CONTRACTORS: (Buckner, MO), 4-Projects totaling $1,414,600; 10/2019-04/2020 (I was laid off due to the Corona Virus and Owners delaying all construction/remodels until Fall.)

(While working at Osage Contractors, I completed 3 - out of state Pilot Travel Center Interior/Exterior Remodels, and bid the Demolition of an existing Convenience Store, and the construction of a new Ground-up MAPCO Convenience Center and related sitework, in Alabama.)

LUKE DRAILY CONSTRUCTION: (Riverside, MO), 3-Projects totaling $78,000,000; 04/2016-08/2019.

(Sitework and foundations for Mission Chateau, a ground-up Senior Living Facility, in Mission, KS, pre-construction services for a Mixed-use Hotel Complex in the Summit of Colorado, and interior construction of a Whole Foods Market in KCMO.
