PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
I'm 46 years old with a background in construction that began in 2003. I worked as a journeyman finish carpenter/foreman until 2019 when I transitioned into commercial construction management. My first 2 years in Commercial Construction were spent as a project Foreman. I’ve spent the last 2 years working as an Assistant Superintendent for Pence Construction. My goal is to continue to learn and grow as an Assistant Superintendent and promote up to a Superintendent in the near future.
In addition to over 16 yrs of residential/commercial construction as a finish carpenter, I have 4+ years experience in the following commercial construction types: Multifamily, mixed use, affordable housing, and senior care facilities.
