• Responsible for all projects Submittals and RFIs logging and sending to proper consultants.

• Responsible to be on top for each Project and their respectful Submittals and RFIs. Making sure to be returned on time with the dates given from consultants and returned to each GC in the time needed, avoiding any breach of contract.

• Assisting with physical samples sent to the office. Taking photos of each sample and adding the photos to each submittal as needed.

• Using E-builder, DropBox, Camp, OneDrive and email to return Submittals and RFIs with transmittals included.

• Using XL logs for each project to keep all Submittals and RFIs updated for each project manager with dates of when they were sent to us, how long does each consultant have to review and what date they all must return back to the client (GC) making sure the dates are correct for each project when a consultant returns. Also when we return Submittals and RFIs back with their respectful action. I made sure to add the dates accordingly informing the project manager via email and XL logs for their morning meetings.

• Creating different XL Logs for each projects Submittals and RFIs to keep track what was later form consultant and what was returned late back to GC (Client)

• Maintaining XL Logs for all projects and their special Submittals in one, along with separate CL Log of All projects respectful RFIs in one to keep track and inform the project manager, so he/she is updated.

• Responsible in auditing each project as needed.

• Sending XL logs each week to specific consultants for all projects. Specifically what Submittals and RFIs are in their court, including what date they were sent to them and when are they are due back from them.

• Assist with calls in the office when needed. Taking messages and making sure nothing gets lost. If needed also assisting with adding everything to their respectful place in the office. Relationship Banker / Manager on duty
