ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Organizing and running of all types of Scaffolding Works for Routine and Maintenance Programs, Industrial Repaints and Major Shutdowns, and Inspection of all types of Scaffolding Contractors Work on Existing Wellheads.
Coordinating scaffold issues with Client and my company by attending weekly progress Meeting.
Report all issues regarding Scaffold to the HSE Manager and construction team
Monitoring all work crew to ensure all safety procedure is observed
Conducting daily site inspection with the respective Area Foreman to rectify the observations.
Prepare Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) for all Scaffolding activities
Prepare Risk Assessments for critical jobs
Prepare Method of Statements for all scaffolding job to meet CITB & CISRS Standard
Conduct weekly safety meeting with special topics
Conduct Training to the new employees for understanding the procedure on erection, dismantling and modification of Scaffolding Works to meet the CITB and CISRS Standard and Project requirement.
Identify the inherent hazard and mitigate measures towards eliminating of the hazards.
Certified inspector of all scaffolding materials and safety harness
Inspection of all personal fall protective equipment for defects before use.
Training all employ procedure of working at height
Inspecting, Tagging and keeping the record of inspection in Scaffold Register
