MANAGERIAL/TEACHING/MINISTERIAL EXPERIENCE

Ordained/licensed minister, doing individual jail ministry/counseling with incarcerated individuals. Responsibilities including helping men & women deal with problems involved with incarceration, transitioning back into society, helping with family issues, helping with court and probation, drug and financial counseling.

Organization and maintenance of successful dog breeding home-based business from 1997 to present, including responsibility for selection of dogs, dog breeding schedules, whelping and raising puppies, maintenance of website and Facebook page, customer service before, during and after the sale, breeding records, proper diets and care for all stages of life.

Therapeutic foster/adoptive parent, working with special needs children of all ages. Responsibilities including helping children overcome traumatic or chaotic experiences in their past to become emotionally stable adults, and acting as child advocate with social service agencies and birth parents for the children’s benefit.

Youth Group Leader and Children’s Education Director. Responsibilities including designing curriculum, driving church bus to youth camps and other events, supervising youth as counselor at week-long camps, overseeing youth/children’s activities and acting as liaison between parents and church staff, organizing workers for regular services and special meetings.

Member of church worship team. Responsibilities including learning and transposition of music as necessary to accommodate the French horn, prepare for specials as necessary, mastery and use of shofar in services as needed, and organizing and leading youth band.
