The hospitality industry has been my career my entire working life, even so far as owning a bar and grill “Loopholes” for nine years. My emphasis has been in the beverage and bar part of the trade. As such I can make almost any drink there is and have an extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, liquors and beers. I am a fast and accurate pourer and can handle a busy bar. I’m a team player working holidays and offering to fill in other shifts when situations arise. I’m prompt usually a bit early for my shifts and reliable only calling out twice in the past eight years, once because of Covid.
