2) At Wanless Hospital, Miraj from 1996 – Feb 2009. Wanless Hospital is a 500-bedded super-speciality, multi-facility teaching hospital. equipped with state of art, automated machines. The Computer Department has two Servers. HP 9000 D Class with HPUX (Unix) Operating System and Informix SE-Ver 6.0 as Database. Recently New Server IBM e-series Server with Intel Xeon Processor has been added. The Database and Application Programs from Informix SE on HP-UX Server has been transferred and migrated to Informix Dynamic Server

(IDS) ver 11.0 on Red Hat Linux 5.0. on IBM Server. More than Twenty-five Users from various departments are connected to this server. The scope of Networking is also increased. Some new departments are also now integrated into our network. The Computer Department carries out In-house Software Development which has led to the development of Hospital Information System (HIS) Software. The Modules for Departments like Admission Office, Pharmacy, Personnel, Accounts, Purchase, Stores (Central Medical & Engineering), and Medical Records are developed in INFORMIX-4gl ver 6.0 and successfully implemented and the Data is stored Centrally in INFORMIX DYNAMIC SERVER (IDS) ver 11.0 on RED HAT LINUX-5.0 IBM SERVER. This system maintains all the information about IPD/OPD patients, their visits, consultations, transfers, history of the discharged patients etc. It also controls the IPD/OPD billing system, Pharmacy billing System, Purchase and Inventory System of Pharmacy, Central Medical and Engineering Stores. Personnel System (Employee Information, Leave Information, Payroll, PF Accounting system etc.) Various Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly Analytical and Statistical Reports are generated through INFORMIX- 4gl programming.

As a System Analyst, I carry out the following responsibilities:
