Enter SIMPLE IRA contributions and matches to American Funds website to make the deposit to them.
All tax payments are made by iSolved so I just need to confirm their deposit amount matches the amount on the payroll journal.
Track PTO on employee tracking sheets and in iSolved. Approve PTO after confirming with the manager for the employee 1. RO Tax
Determine cost for items that tax is determined on. Make the payment on the IL DoR website
Enter transaction into QB
This needs to be done once a month; usually the payment is due on the 18-20th of each month 1. Issue refunds
When I receive refund requests from the offices, I confirm the amount they are requesting to be refunded.
Refunds are done by check, credit card or through Care Credit or Wells Fargo websites. A copy of the refund receipt is sent to each patient, either my email or USPS. Entries are made in QB and CounselEar to record the refund 1. Bonus calculations & procedures
Calculate bonuses based on payments and refunds for the previous quarter Different bons payments are made based on reaching office goals. Bonuses are paid quarterly; February, May, August and November. The payment amounts for each employee are entered int iSolved as a separate check on the regular pay run.
