OFFICE MANAGER (10/2022 – 7/2023), Queen B Organizing

Managed office for organizing/estate sale business. Duties included, managing scheduling for organizing, estate sales, employee schedules, events (estate sales and 3 day off-site sales), coordinated essential services for clean outs of properties for estate sales, i.e., trash services, cleaning services, etc. I was also responsible for social media postings (all platforms, i.e. Facebook, newspaper ads, constant contact emails, Twitter, Craigslist, Instagram, and targeted estate sale platforms). Worked closely with the Owner on necessary projects up to and including creating cold call lists, contacting clients, collections, research of neighboring likeminded businesses, and attending multiple chamber of commerce group weekly meetings. Responsible for bank deposits and delegating monthly invoices to appropriate GL accounts for payment. I was personally responsible for reaching out and setting up a provider account with the State of Oregon Department of Human Services so the company was able to provide “clean out” services for the state and its clients who were in hoarding situations or mentally incapable of cleaning out their homes.

In collaboration with the founder and Executive Director, the Co-Executive Director is responsible for assisting in the overall management and operation of A Family For Every Child. This includes protection of the organization's financial assets, while ensuring compliance with board directives, and applicable grantors federal and state requirements. The Co-Executive Director is also responsible for the supervision of Development staff, projects, programs, hiring, training, evaluations, and termination of said employees. Donor cultivation and maintaining relationships with outside Agencies and Community Partners is also a very important piece of this position.

EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (9/2017 – 6/2019), A family for Every child

Assist the Executive Director however applicable. Responsible for the overall operation of the growth plan of all projects assigned. Monitoring project goals, budgets, marketing and outreach. Within all projects programs assigned, provide leadership and supervision to volunteers/interns that are assigned.

ATTORNEY CLIENT – DEED VERIFYER/SUPERVISOR, uDEED, LLC

Work directly with Law Firms and Attorney Clients Nationwide receiving all incoming Deed orders to transfer their client’s real estate properties into their respective revocable trusts. Clients were filtered and referred from Legal Zoom. Responsibilities included contacting State and County Agencies to verify current title holders, obtaining County and State documentary and or transfer tax exemptions specific to County and State in which the property resides. Prepare instructions with detailed information to Deed Specialists, supervise and monitor Deed Specialist progress, accuracy, attendance, and write annual reviews.

ESCROW OFFICER / ASST. MANAGER, placer TITLE company

Responsible for incoming subdivision (KB Homes) and personal Title/Escrow files for home purchases. Process for escrows included title searches, ongoing communication with Mortgage Brokers, clients, loan documents, notary, funding of escrows with lenders, preparation and recording of title documents, and ensuring all files and transactions comply with all California requirements. The Assistant Manager is responsible for office projections, P&Ls, reconciliation of budget, report to District Manager as needed, outreach, and cultivation of new corporate clients. Management of office staff, reviews, monthly reporting to Headquarters HR.

Responsibilities included coordinating all OEM peripheral orders from Japan to all of California. Worked directly for the Vice President of OEM Sales. Duties included generating and keeping relationships with high level corporations for OEM orders. Some of the Corporations, included Hewlett-Packard, Intel, and National Semiconductor. Responsibility began with ordering products from Japan, verifying orders, tracking SPIFFs (reward program for high volume clients based on exact order count), tracking and navigating containers through ports, and delivery to clients. Point of contact to navigate any issues that may arise during this whole process. Duties also included, budgets, projections, bonuses, and coordinating award ceremonies for most valuable clients.

5 years - Coordinated corporate give back programs with various local businesses to assist in generating mentors, volunteers, etc. to assist in supporting the youth. I volunteered on a personal level with whatever they needed as well. Rides for kids when the parents were not able. Food drives, snack packs for children that would otherwise not have a meal. Coat drives, school supply drives, ongoing outreach to help out any way possible.
