In charge of the upkeep of 500 accounts and more on a Netsuite platform in collections. Diputes/Discrepancies/Refunds/Reconciliation/Invoicing/AR/AP duties. Excellent customer service skills as I have been working with different customer experience for 10 years, speaking with people and getting to the solution of the problem and focusing on the positive!

Verifying if all data is right before submitting anything to upper hand management. Using slack to communicate to employers from different areas of the business to ensure by working with them and correcting any accounting issues.

Making sure all task were done by the end of the day that were needed even if it was a sudden one given by upper management and had to be due by a dead line.
