HYDROPONICS IRRIGATION FOR CONSERVATION AND REUSAGE OF WASTEWATER 2020- 2021 Hydroponics is the cultivation of plants without using soil. These plants are planted in an inert growing medium and supplied with rich nutrients solution, oxygen, and water. The main objective of this research work was to assess the performance of hydroponics irrigation system and establish the hydroponics technology in ST Joseph Engineering College as it is the member of IGBC (Indian Green Building Congress) by reusing its own Kitchen wastewater from the hostels. Objectives of the research were following:

• To determine physical and chemical parameters of wastewater.

• Selection of desirable plant and study of yield.

ANALYSIS OF FACTORS CAUSING CHANGES IN THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT 2022-2023 Changes are the major cause of delays in the construction industry, and it is widely acknowledged by the clients, contractors, and consultants whose effects are difficult to quantify and frequently results in disputes. Changes in this industry are therefore a crucial component of project management. At the very beginning of this project, I went through a lot of journal papers and listed the down the factors that was leading to continuous changes in the project and from thorough site visits I selected 10 factors which were relevant to the site conditions and experts interview were conducted on these factors were calculated and analyzed using Analytical Hierarchy method (AHP) from Multi Criteria Decision Making Method (MCDM) and ranking was given to the factors according to its percentage of severity that causes changes in the project.
