B2B software sales position selling SaaS software to mainly commercial labs. Software like Assure- IT streamline lab daily operations. Digital solution help labs with reports, invoicing and compliance . By phone dialing outbound over 80 calls a day, contacting firms in industries such as engineering, construction, transportation companies and commercial labs. Prospect for clients. I generate leads and qualify them through cold calling and warm leads to determine who are the KDMs (Key Decision Makers.). And they are the A-suite Lab Managers and Operations Manager, or D-level (Director) and V-level (Vice- President), and C-level CEO executives.

Initiate calls by introducing yourself and establishing your credibility and your company's prominence in the transportation, engineering and construction industry. Engage with KDM with exceptional phone and verbal communication skills. Determine the company's pain points in the conversation. And with stellar written communication skills craft all emails pitching our software with a creative flair and flow to capture the essence of our software with a marketing inclination. Log all calls, emails on Salesforce CRM. Create pipeline for potential clients by contacting prospects in Salesforce who are the KDMs. Pitch benefits of software with goal to set appointments with them for a free 30-minute online software demo. Make 100 calls or more a day and log each call on Salesforce and task reminders to follow up with these potential clients with phone calls and strategic marketing emails with more detailed information, brief video and digital brochure.

Set demo appointments on Microsoft Teams and send out invitations to KDM to confirm demo appointment times. Attend all sales meetings and demo presentations. Draw up proposals with price points during negotiations to close all sales. Work with inside sales manager and CEO to close all deals. I was the top producer in software sales in the company with the most demos every week and highest monthly sales.

In one week I scheduled 4 demos and closed all four deals within a month ($500, 000, $750,000, $850,000 and $1, 200,000).
