Caretaker/Grounds Keeper

Loren properties - Saint Paul, MN

March 2022 to November 2023

I was the caretaker of three buildings. I cleaned all entry window inside and out everyday. I swept and mopped the front entry and back exit stairway everyday. I spot checked all walls to see if they needed cleaning or repair and did so if needed when needed. I took out all mail station trash and laundry trash everyday. I was in charge of all snow removal for all three properties above two inches. I also cleaned all side walks and did tree trimming and weeding in the summer. I cleaned all parking lots connected to each building and raked up leaves in the fall. There was also a vacant lot next to one building that I cleared out. I was a volunteer at my old church Saint Steven's for the better part of five years I just cleaned it after services and cleaned up trash outside the property Merchandiser/ Cleaner

I do one of two different shifts offered thru the app either cleaner or merchandiser the cleaner will make the store presentable to all by cleaning up all floors restrooms taking out all store trash and emptying all outside garbage so there is nothing overflowing. The merchandiser puts all stock out on shelves and fills the cooler. Then cleans up all trash associated with the stock. They offer four hour shifts and everything is done thru an app.

Apartment Turnovers Cleaner.

I cleaned turnovers at many appartment buildings and several dueplexs even some single family homes.To start off i removed all belongings left by previous occupants . I would clean the oven the fridge vacuum all carpets wiped down all walls cleaned the inside and outside of all windows. Nurished and polished all woodwork and in many cases helped stage a vacant apartment for pictures. I only did light maintance because they had someone who did that. I however did get contracted out for several yard makeovers as well and alot of raking lawn moeing and trash removel Asst MGR
