TECHNOLOGY: Maximizing self-service platforms on existing software ATS, HRIS, payroll, benefits, time, attendance, and training automated software enhances employee experience and reduces paper utilization in HR. I was the project manager through three Payroll/HRIS system conversions and three vendor upgrades.
