I had to answer customer complaints and make sure the customers were always satisfied before leaving the building as to make sure they would return and become loyal customers. I also had to make sure all employees were following Doggy Daycare protocol when it came to taking proper care of other peoples dogs. If any employees had complaints about other employees and or were unhappy they would come to me with their complaints and I would handle them in a professional manner and make sure that the problem was taken care of immediately as to not stem over into the next work day and cause any tension around customers, other employees and or dogs.

Had an incentive program where I would have employees write down good things they saw other co workers do while on the job and noticed that employee going above and beyond and the person with the most written notes would receive a $25.00 gift card of their choosing for anywhere in the mall. I also did the payroll company and worked very closely with the owner and with HR. I have knowledge of tax paperwork and how to help new employees fill out this paperwork and explain to them what their different options were as far as choosing what to claim on their tax paperwork. I did all the hiring and firing for the company, all the write ups and any warnings that needed to be given out.
