a coordinator, I help clients obtain building

permits, permits for a structure to be altered, or whatever regulatory permits are required for

their project. I work with engineers, and design

staff to ensure permit applications contain every

needed item to avoid costly delays in the review

process. Also, obtaining the documentation

from relevant departments and reviewing them

to ensure project paperwork is ready to submit

to the reviewing agency for approval.
