Monroe County work history :2019 to current Assignment
(Building Manager Jackson Square) including I took care of these facilities including AC, plumbing and any other maintenance requests or delegated contracted trades.
Lester Building, Historic Court House, Freeman Justice Center and Jefferson Brown Building Annex (former Jail and Court) and Bayshore Manor (Assisted living facility) Working with staff and Clients. Responding to client requests and maintaining safety for all staff and Clients. Following and participating with all state inspections required for all assisted living facilities. Working with County Fleet Services with Generator Maintenance, Generator exercising schedule and Storm protocol.
Duties include Managing daily maintenance operations also including Plumbing, electrical, mechanical AC systems and domestic water distubution systems. Overseeing all inspections (yearly and biyearly) including fire sprinkler, fire alarm, Panic alarms also including specialized IT Fire suppression systems (three locations throughout the Facility). Perform facility safety inspections to ensure compliance with ADA,OSHA and Florida Model Jail Standards for the Marathon and Plantation key correctional facilities.
