My project management responsibilities included writing subcontracts, scheduling, procurement of materials and cost control, managing project over $5 million while still overseeing the estimating and purchasing duties.

My responsibilities were site work packages up to $10 million and supervise the estimating department. I also assisted in rebuilding the estimating department and reorganizing the field operations. In the first year we were able to accomplish $8 million and experience the most profitable year in the company history. Top management wanted to utilize Timberline Estimating system.
