Patterning was a focus of my role within this internship as I performed a monthly patterning project reflecting competition’s up to date social media, web content, blast emails and trends. Production Development Design Intern Winter & Summer Term

During my internship with Atrium Buying Corporation, I worked with the Director of Product Development on the implementation of a new PLM system. This entailed collecting samples of all fabrics, trims, hardware, zippers, etc. used in the products and taking photos, which I then uploaded to Adobe Photoshop, saved categorized and organized, before final stage of uploading them into PLM. I created line sheets and databases that would be used for references, design packs and tech packs that all needed to be reworked before transferring into PLM. I worked closely with the product development team and cross functionally with merchants, designers, as well as the China office to ensure accuracy and proficiency to meet deadlines.
