Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervised the daily routine of a team of 25 Behavior Detection Officers (BDO’s). Performed quarterly and yearly performance reviews. Frequently represented the BDO team in the daily brief to the Federal Security Director. Was a member of the National Training Team. FLETA (Federal Law Enforcement Training Accreditation) certified. Served on the JTTF (Joint Terrorism Task Force). Held a Secret Clearance.

Communication:

As a member of the BDO National Training Team I traveled throughout the United States training prospective BDO’s. I frequently gave the BDO briefings to management and the Federal Security Director. Worked with local law enforcement as well as FBI daily. Wrote numerous daily reports that were sent to HQ and Washington DC.

Leadership:

I directly oversaw a team of 25 Behavior Detection Officers as well as supervised checkpoints in one of the nations busiest airports (MCO Orlando Florida).
