Provided strong operational and support processes for purchasing, sourcing, expediting, and receiving of raw materials for 5 manufacturing offices and 1 Erector (one in the US and 4 in CA). Purchased steel profiles for the building industry, capital expenditures, erector services, material releases for fasteners and other materials required for the installation of new projects and updated building construction. COVID-19 situation caused a major internal upheaval and drastic transitional changes in purchasing for the different divisions in the US and CA. Many managers and long-time directors were dismissed and as a result, changed operational focus to performing functions for US division, restructuring functions for several other positions, retraining staff members, and correcting master data files to reflect different inventory information.

Challenged inventory stock levels until audits verified correct figures; teamed with members of Sales Team to verify capture of orders and acceptable delivery timetables in the computer necessary for production leaders.

Calculated and added a safety stock level to inventory; reduced obsolete inventory by selling surplus material online. Over a six- month period, worked closely with an array of vendors to rectify differences in accounts payable and restore positive business activities.
