Responsible of end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations for Ericsson Project with two Warehouses at Lahore and Karachi having area of about 80,000 sqft.

In Ericsson project, we were managing three different sub-projects i.e Ericsson-Warid, Ericsson-Mobilink & Repair & Return.

In RnR project responsible for managing E2E logistics services by receiving faulty parts form sites, packing as per approved standards for export to Ericsson head quarter in Sweden. We were also receiving good & repaired parts import shipments from Ericsson repair Centre in Sweden & distributing to sites all over Pakistan as per customer instructions Managing inventory on three WMS software in parallel. Ericsson-Warid inventory was managed on SAP & WMS300 while for Ericsson-Mobilink project inventory was managed on AIMS software which is owned & solely developed for PMCL.
