CAREER STATUS:
1)At Present, I have been Working with AB Laboratries (Ayu) as Head of Accounts & Finance from
01 January, 2022 to till now.
2)I worked with Hashem Foods Ltd under Sajeeb Group as Deputy Manager Accounts since 30 December, 2020 to 10 January, 2022
Job Responsibilities of Recording & Reporting:
A)Preparation of Annual & Quarterly Financial Accounts & Report to G.M Accounts
B)Checking of All kinds of bill & Voucher,
C)Supervision of Bank Reconciliation statement and Inter Company Transactions.
D)Ensure proper stock and stocking on inventories by setting systematic control.
E)Supervision of posting all transactions in ERP Software.
F)Provide oversight for accounts payable and accounts receivable with close attention to cash flow analysis and forecasting.
3)I worked as Head of Accounts & Finance with Jamuna Industrial Agro Group (Jamuna Edible Oil Industries ltd, Jamuna Jute Industries Ltd, Rahman Jute Mills Ltd, Rahman & Company, Etc) House #05, Sector-12, Uttara, Dhaka. from 27th November’2017 to 30 June ‘2020 .
Responsibilities of Recording & Reporting :
Preparation of Annual & Quarterly Financial Account Statement & Financial Analysis and report to Managing director along with Deputy Managing Director.
Analyzing and reporting of product costing and variance with sales price.
Manage the monthly financial close process, including all costs incurred are properly recorded, reviewing, journal entries, accounts balance reconciliation and report preparation.
Supervision of all key accounts of group of the Companies.
Ensure the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions of financial activities of the Company.
Supervision of Accounting Software recording & reporting.
Provide monthly and quarterly reporting and analyzing as required by Management
Monitoring and analyzing department works to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining high level of accuracy
Ensure to maintain documented system of accounting policies and procedures to maintain strengthen internal control.
Provide oversight for accounts payable and accounts receivable with close attention to cash flow analysis and forecasting.
Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels and ensure expenditure control.
Ensure proper stock and stocking on inventories by setting systematic control.
Provide co-operation to other department for achieving better success of the Company.

Responsibilities of Recording & Reporting:
Preparation of Annual Financial Statements & Financial Analysis and reporting to the D.G.M (Accounts & Finance).
Periodic analysis of budget variance of sales, expenses and overhead statement.
Reporting and supervision of monthly territory wise sales vs. expenses statement of sales force to G.M (Sales) along with board meeting.
Analysis of product cost and profit.
Control and checking of party balance,bill and payment.
Supervision of posting all transactions in ERP Software.
Supervision of Monthly Transactions Statements send to the distributors.
Controlling of daily collection through bank and reconciliation
Reconciliation and control of stores and stocks.
Preparation of program wise budget variance statement and ratio analysis with sales
Auditing of sister concern accounts under the group of Companies and report to G.M (Accounts).
5)I had served with Neo Concept Ltd. 7,Commercial Area, Momin Raod, Chittagong As Accountant from February 02, 1995 to June 05, 1998.
