Process shipments entered online to make sure expedites are received as needed by customers and plants. Including plants in Mexico coming into the US and US into Mexico as well. Able to generate new locations in Oracle shipments so customers are able to enter their own shipments online.

Process incoming international shipments, checking customs documents and uploading as need to make sure freight gets released and delivered to customer as needed. Request missing document from customers as needed to ensure shipments are released from customs in a timely manner. Send paperwork to outside brokers when needed so they can provide released notices to send shipments to customers.

I worked as a Logistics Coordinator at Flex. I check in drivers both inbound and outbound shipments. Count shipments going out for the day making sure pallets match. Set up customer shipments pulling ASN’s from customer location. Using Plex software. Pull amounts, set up shipments with appropriate carriers whether LTL or UPS/FedEx.
