Oversaw the doc drawing and funding processes for FHV, VA, DPA, Prime, Subprime loans from inception to completion to include but not limited to: creating and drawing loan documents, issuing conditions as necessary and clearing the underwriting for closing; auditing appraisals, title reports and escrow instructions with accuracy; and reconcile all closing disclosures against the settlement agents and settlement statements.

Successfully managed a high volume of funding 10+ files on a daily basis totally over $100 million in consumer mortgage loans for purchase and refinances.

Ensured LOS data integrity to validate and prepared Conventional and Government loan documents for wet and dry states.
